ListenAheadIQ is an audiobook playback application. Sleep-aware features are intended to improve playback convenience and are not medical devices, medical advice, diagnostic tools, or substitutes for professional health guidance.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to access and play audiobook or other audio files you select with the app. ListenAheadIQ does not grant rights to copyrighted works obtained from other sources.
Sleep timing and resume recommendations can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Do not rely on ListenAheadIQ for medical, safety-critical, or emergency decisions.
Android, Health Connect, Garmin Connect, device manufacturers, and other third-party services may affect functionality and are governed by their own terms and policies. ListenAheadIQ is not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or data accuracy.
Features may change during development. There is no guarantee that every feature shown on this website will be available on every device, in every region, or in every release.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and pre-release software are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ListenAheadIQ and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or app.
